All services are subject to project scope, timelines, and agreements defined per client.

- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

3. Intellectual Property

- Final project ownership is transferred only once full payment has been received

- Delays caused by the client (e.g. feedback, content) may impact delivery timelines
- Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the project scope
5. Payments
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Final files and deliverables will only be released once full payment is received
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of creative services:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Any cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
7. Limitation of Liability
ZOE Animation Studio is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from use of our services or website
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:
