Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ZOE Animation Studio provides creative services including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Branding and brand identity design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product design (UI\/UX)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website design and development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital marketing and related services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All services are subject to project scope, timelines, and agreements defined per client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Use of Website<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By using this website, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use it only for lawful purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not misuse or disrupt the functionality of the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Project Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All projects are subject to agreed timelines and deliverables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays caused by the client (e.g. feedback, content) may impact delivery timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the project scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit may be required before work begins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final files and deliverables will only be released once full payment is received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the nature of creative services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
