By registering for and using the Core925 Technologies platform (“the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
Core925 Technologies provides tools for time tracking, project management, invoicing, reporting, and related digital services. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and may be updated, modified, or enhanced over time.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information, data, and content entered into the Platform. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account.
While reasonable measures are taken to ensure system reliability, Core925 Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent data retention.
You acknowledge that system downtime, maintenance, updates, or unexpected failures may occur and could result in temporary unavailability or loss of data.
It is the users responsibility to generate, export, and securely store reports on a regular basis (recommended monthly). Core925 Technologies will not be held liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from failure to export or retain reports.
The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance or unscheduled outages. Core925 Technologies does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core925 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Core925 Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful activity. Users are responsible for exporting any required data prior to account termination.
Core925 Technologies may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Core925 Technologies operates.
